- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by a trusted third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details. Our payment provider collects and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Your Content Rights
Your manuscripts, characters, and world-building notes remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your creative work. We only access your content to provide the service (e.g., cloud sync, export features).

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Third-Party Services
- Payment Provider: Handles all payment processing on our behalf. When you subscribe, our payment provider securely manages billing, invoicing, and applicable tax compliance.
- Google OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not access any other Google account data.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@writeratlas.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
